CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BROWNIE
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Unsalted butter
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
4-5 pcs Digestive Biscuits
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 cup Crunchy peanut butter
Pinch of Salt
Preheat oven at 200℃
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Add sugar, butter and vanilla essence one after the other and whisk it thoroughly until combined.
Add the flour and cocoa powder and whisk.
Add pinch of salt and fold the mixture with a spatula
Piece the digestive biscuit in chunks & add into the mixture. Fold the mixture thoroughly
Prep for Baking
Grease the pan on all side.
dust the pan with cocoa powder
pour the mixture to the prepared pan
To make the peanut butter consistency smooth, put in microwave for 30sec
Add the dollop of peanut butter on top of batter & make the swirls using a stick/butter knife.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool, remove & place on a rack and only cut into pieces once cold.
