2 Ripe Bananas

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Unsalted butter

1 Cup Flour

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

4-5 pcs Digestive Biscuits

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1/2 cup Crunchy peanut butter

Pinch of Salt


Preheat oven at 200℃

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl

  • Add sugar, butter and vanilla essence one after the other and whisk it thoroughly until combined.

  • Add the flour and cocoa powder and whisk.

  • Add pinch of salt and fold the mixture with a spatula

  • Piece the digestive biscuit in chunks & add into the mixture. Fold the mixture thoroughly

Prep for Baking

  • Grease the pan on all side.

  • dust the pan with cocoa powder

  • pour the mixture to the prepared pan

To make the peanut butter consistency smooth, put in microwave for 30sec

  • Add the dollop of peanut butter on top of batter & make the swirls using a stick/butter knife.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool, remove & place on a rack and only cut into pieces once cold.
